COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS PROGRAM

Catawba Regional Development Corporation

The Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Program provides partial financing for land, buildings, equipment, and working capital.  The CDFI Program was started in 2005 with capital from Bank of America and Provident Community Bank.

CDFI funds may be available for small business loans up to $250,000.  Job creation is a key component of this program.
